TERMS OF USE
These terms govern access to Above the Shoulders / ATS Sprint. They are written plainly so users know what they are buying and what the app is designed to do.
1. The Service
ATS Sprint is a 90-day mindset sprint with daily prompts, reflection tools, AI coaching, reset support, progress tracking, audio guidance, reminders, and related account features.
2. Account and Eligibility
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account. The app is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
3. Purchase and Lifetime Access
A purchase provides access to the ATS Sprint app for the lifetime of the app/service. “Lifetime” means the period during which ATS Sprint is operated and made available, not the lifetime of any purchaser or individual. If we decide to discontinue ATS Sprint, we will stop selling new access and continue to make the app available to existing paid users for at least 180 days after the final sale, unless we are prevented from doing so by events outside our reasonable control.
4. No Guaranteed Results
ATS Sprint is designed to support reflection, consistency, and self-trust. Results depend on many factors, including how you use the app. We do not guarantee any personal, professional, financial, health, or performance outcome.
5. Not Medical or Mental Health Care
ATS Sprint is not therapy, medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, or a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
6. AI Coach
The AI Coach may generate helpful reflections, but it can make mistakes. You are responsible for evaluating responses and deciding what actions are appropriate for your life.
7. Your Content
You own your journal entries and reflections. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the app, operate features, improve reliability, and comply with law.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, or use the AI Coach to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive material.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If a material update is made, users may be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing in the app.
