PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains the information ATS Sprint uses to run the app, protect accounts, personalize the sprint, and send reminders.

1. Information We Collect

We collect account information, onboarding answers, your 90-day target, daily reflections, reset entries, Coach conversations, settings, reminder preferences, app usage events, and support/admin activity needed to operate the service.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We may store Stripe customer/payment identifiers so paid access can be granted, verified, or revoked after refunds or disputes.

3. AI and Coaching Features

When you use the AI Coach, relevant prompts, reflections, and conversation context may be sent to the AI provider to generate a response. Avoid entering information you do not want processed for this purpose.

4. Reminders and Notifications

If enabled, we use your email, reminder settings, and push subscription data to send daily prompts, reset support, milestone nudges, and evening reflections. You can change reminder settings in the app.

5. Analytics and Reliability

We use app analytics, logs, and security checks to understand feature usage, find errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Sensitive values such as tokens, passwords, and secrets are not intentionally logged.

6. Sharing

We share information with service providers needed to run the app, including hosting, authentication/database, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and AI response generation. We do not sell personal information.

7. Data Export and Deletion

The app includes export tools for journal and sprint data. You may request account deletion or support with data questions through Above the Shoulders support.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Keep your password safe and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Updates

We may update this policy as the app changes. If a material update is made, users may be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing.
